1. Booking
Bookings are accepted exclusively through the official SUISEI LINE account, in 1-hour increments, up to 2 months in advance. After you book, the confirmed schedule will be sent to you via LINE — please check the latest message to confirm your reservation. Any changes must also be made via the official LINE.
Recurring rentals are available for a minimum of 2 months and up to 6 months. Please contact us via the contact form or official LINE if you are interested.
2. Hours and Rates
- Open daily 6:00 – 23:00
- General rate: 1,000 JPY / hour
- Student rate: 500 JPY / hour (valid only between 6:00–16:00; the school name must be entered at booking — without it the student rate cannot be applied)
- For commercial use, please write [Commercial] in the booking remarks (see Section 8 below)
3. Payment
On-site payment only, on the day of use. Please follow the staff's instructions when you arrive at the studio. Receipts can be issued as a PDF by email from the day after use — please request one at booking time.
4. Cancellation Policy
Cancellation is possible up to 22:00 one week before the date of use. After that, the following fees apply:
- Up to 7 days before: Free
- 3 – 6 days before: 50% of the rental fee
- Same day / day before / two days before: 100% of the rental fee
Cancellation fees must be transferred to our designated bank account within 1 week of cancellation. Transfer fees are borne by the customer. If unpaid for more than 1 week, the cancellation fee increases to 200% as a late charge.
If you booked the wrong date or time, please contact us via the official LINE within 1 hour of booking. Even within this window, customer-initiated cancellations may still incur the above fees depending on the cancellation timing.
Cancellations are not accepted by email, contact form, or phone.
Even in the case of public transport disruption due to natural disasters or severe weather, if the studio is operating normally, cancellation fees still apply.
5. Footwear (No Outdoor Shoes)
Indoor shoes only. Bare feet and socks are also fine. Outdoor shoes, heeled boots, tap shoes, helmets, and any footwear with nails or that may damage the floor are prohibited. Heels may be used only with a "heel cover".
Wearing outdoor shoes inside the studio incurs a 10,000 JPY penalty. Any floor damage will be charged in full as repair costs. Security cameras are installed inside the studio.
6. Entry, Exit, and Cleaning
You may enter and exit freely during your booked time. Entry before the start time and exit after the end time are not permitted — please be completely out of the studio 1 minute before your end time. Use of the waiting area is allowed from 10 minutes before your start time, and you must leave the entire facility within 15 minutes after your end time.
The studio operates on a self-cleaning policy: please vacuum or mop the floor before leaving. Turn off the audio equipment and air conditioning when you exit.
Unauthorized use of the studio outside booked hours (early entry or overtime) will be charged at 300% of the regular hourly rate plus a 10,000 JPY penalty. Repeated violations may lead to a usage ban.
7. Equipment and Filming
Audio: iPhone, smartphones, and laptops can be connected via the AUX cable provided in the studio, or wirelessly via Bluetooth. CDs are not supported.
Filming photos and videos is permitted at the regular rate. No prior notice or special permission is required, and there are no restrictions on posting to social media.
Studio equipment is for in-studio use during your booked time only. Taking equipment out of the studio or intentionally damaging it will result in full reimbursement plus a separate 5,000 JPY penalty.
Bringing your own light equipment (yoga mats, balance balls, personal cameras, etc.) is allowed as long as it does not damage or soil the studio.
8. Prohibited Activities
- Instruments and band practice (including vocals) — entirely prohibited due to soundproofing and electrical constraints. Violation incurs a 50,000 JPY penalty.
- Smoking — there is no smoking area. Smoking inside or anywhere around the building (including the bicycle parking) is forbidden. Violation incurs a 10,000 JPY penalty, and a police report may be filed using security camera footage.
- Loitering outside the studio or in the bicycle parking area — 10,000 JPY penalty.
- Speaker volume tampering — removing the volume limiter cover from the speakers is forbidden. Violation incurs a 10,000 JPY penalty / repair fee.
- Floor/wall tape — no tape of any kind may be applied to the floor or walls (use the position markers under the mirror instead).
- Ballet pointe shoes, rosin, ballet barres — not permitted (risk of floor damage).
- High-power devices — hair dryers, hair irons, projectors, and other high-power electrical equipment cannot be connected. Violation incurs an immediate stop of use and a 10,000 JPY penalty.
- Food & drinks — eating is not allowed inside the studio. Water and other hydration drinks are fine; alcohol is forbidden.
- Pets / animals — not permitted inside.
- Smoke machines — strictly prohibited (will trigger the fire alarm and sprinkler). Damage from triggering these will be charged.
- Stays / parties — the studio is intended for dance, yoga, and stage rehearsal use only. Other uses such as overnight stays or after-parties are not allowed.
"Commercial use" means any of: collecting participation fees, lesson fees, dues, sales revenue, etc.; selling tickets/cards exchangeable for goods or rights; or publicly recruiting/advertising participants for the booked date. Use without commercial declaration will be charged at 300% of the regular rate and may result in a future usage ban.
9. Damage to Facilities
Any damage to studio equipment or facilities will be charged in full, regardless of the reason (excluding natural wear of electrical devices). Any equipment that was moved must be returned to its original position.
10. Minors
After 22:00, customers under 18 may only use the studio when accompanied by a parent or legal guardian.
11. Storage and Lost Items
The studio does not provide luggage storage — please look after your belongings yourself. If you leave items behind, you will need to make a separate booking to come pick them up. The studio is not responsible for any loss, damage, or theft of left-behind items.
12. Trash
Please take all trash home with you. Leaving trash inside the studio or around the building incurs a 10,000 JPY cleaning fee / penalty. There is no trash bin inside the building (as part of our infection-control measures).
13. Parking
The studio does not have a car park. Please use nearby paid parking or public transport. There is a bicycle parking area next to the building for customers only.
14. Liability and Security
If the studio becomes unavailable due to natural disaster or other unforeseen events through no fault of the customer, the studio is not liable for any resulting losses. Security cameras (24-hour recording) are installed inside the studio, at the entrance, and at various points outside the facility.
15. Membership and Termination
Membership registration must be made by the member themselves; proxy registration is not allowed. The studio may immediately terminate membership in cases including (but not limited to): inappropriate conduct, disturbing other customers, violation of these terms, intentional damage to equipment, repeated unpaid fees, or false registration information.
